The invention discloses a prefabricated T-beam web steel bar integral hoisting auxiliary device which comprises main trusses, web members, hoisting point structures and a load-bearing system. The main trusses are connected through the web members by adopting steel pipes with the outer diameter phi of 108 mm and the wall thickness of 4 mm, the web members adopt steel pipes with the outer diameter phi of 48.3 mm and the wall thickness of 3.6 mm, the hoisting point structures are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the main trusses C by adopting round steel with the diameter phi of 20 mm, the load-bearing system is arranged in the center of the horizontal web member by adopting 200 mm channel steel, a steel strand penetrates through T-beam web steel bars, the steel strand is connected with the load-bearing system through a steel wire rope, the lifting point structures are connected with the main trusses C in a lap welding manner, and the length of a welding seam is not less than 200 mm. By means of the method, when the T-beam web steel bars are hoisted, the web steel bars are not prone to deformation as a whole through the rigidity characteristic of the main trusses, influences on follow-up construction are avoided, meanwhile, the quality of a T-beam is guaranteed, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种预制T梁腹板钢筋整体吊运辅助装置,包括主桁架、腹杆、吊点结构及承重系统,主桁架之间采用外径φ108mm、壁厚4mm钢管通过腹杆连接,腹杆采用外径Φ48.3mm的钢管,壁厚为3.6mm,吊点结构采用φ20mm圆钢对称布置与主桁架C两侧,承重系统采用200mm槽钢布置在水平腹杆正中,并采用钢绞线穿过T梁腹板钢筋,钢绞线与承重系统之间用钢丝绳连接,吊点结构与主桁架C连接处采用搭接焊方式连接,焊缝长度不少于200mm。通过本方法,在进行T梁腹板钢筋吊运时,可以通过主桁架的刚性特点,使得腹板钢筋整体不宜产生变形,避免对后续施工产生影响,同时保证T梁质量,节约施工工期。
