Integrated preparation process of high-purity oxygen
The invention discloses an integrated preparation process of high-purity oxygen. The process comprises the following steps that 1) liquid oxygen with a purity of 99.5% enters a low-temperature liquid storage tank, wherein the operation pressure is 0.6-1.44 MPa, and the operation temperature is-162 DEG C; and the liquid oxygen in the low-temperature liquid storage tank is fed into a vaporizer to be gasified, the gasified oxygen enters a treater to be filtered, and the treated oxygen enters a purifier to be purified; 2) the oxygen treated by the purifier is subjected to purifying detecting testing, the purified oxygen is fed into a diaphragm compressor after the oxygen is qualified, pressurizing is performed at 0-15 mpa, and the oxygen is filled into a vacuum gas bottle; and 3) the oxygen filled in the vacuum gas bottle is tested, and the qualified oxygen is stored in a warehouse. According to the invention, factors in all aspects are fully considered, so that the steps for producing the high-purity oxygen are simple, stable, efficient and low-energy-consumption operation.
本发明公开了一种高纯氧气一体化制备工艺,包括以下步骤:1)纯度为99.5%的液氧进入到低温液体储槽,操作压力为0.6‑1.44MPa,操作温度为‑162℃;低温液体储槽内的液氧送入汽化器气化,气化后的氧气进入处理器内进行过滤处理,处理后的氧气到净化器内进行净化;2)所述净化器处理后的氧气进行纯化检测化验,检验合格后将纯化后的氧气送入隔膜压缩机,进行0mpa‑15mpa加压,装入真空气瓶;3)对装入真空气瓶内的氧气进行化验,合格,送库保存;本发明充分考虑了各方面因素以实现生产高纯氧气的步骤简洁、平稳、高效、低能耗的运行。
