Retarding and slump retaining type water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete admixtures in building materials, in particular to a retarding and slump retaining type water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The retarding and slump retaining type water reducing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 80 to 120 parts of an octenol polyoxybutylene ether macromonomer, 30 to 70 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid micromonomer, 20 to 40 parts of amide, 10 to 25 parts of a functional monomer A, 2 to 5 parts of a functional monomer B, 1 to 4 parts of an initiator, 0.4 to 0.9 part of a chain transfer agent, 2 to 5 parts of a pH regulator and 200 to 300 parts of water, wherein the functional monomer A is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, 3-hydroxyvaleric acid, lactic acid, tetrametaphosphoric acid, sodium tetrametaphosphate and phosphorus pentoxide; and the functional monomer B is at least one selected from the group consisting of nylon 66, polyhexamethylene sebacamide and EDTA. The polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has retarding and slump retaining effects at the same time, the whole preparation process is safe and reliable, operation is simple and convenient, no harm is caused to the environment, and the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent has wide application prospects in the field of concrete.
本发明涉及涉及建筑材料中混凝土外加剂领域,尤其涉及一种缓凝保坍型减水剂及其制备方法,该缓凝保坍型减水剂包括以下质量份数的组分:辛烯醇聚氧丁烯醚大单体80~120份、不饱和羧酸小单体30~70份、酰胺20~40份、功能单体A 10~25份、功能单体B 2~5份、引发剂1~4份、链转移剂0.4~0.9份、pH调节剂2~5份和水200~300份;所述功能单体A为六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、3‑羟基戊酸、乳酸、四聚偏磷酸、四聚偏磷酸钠或五氧化二磷中的至少一种;所述功能单体B为尼龙66、聚癸二酰己二胺或EDTA中的至少一种,本发明制备得到的聚羧酸减水剂同时具有缓凝和保坍的作用,整个制备过程中安全可靠、操作简便,对环境安全,在混凝土领域具有广泛的应用前景。
