The invention relates to a slump-retaining water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the slump-retaining water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of a synthetic monomer; 180 to 300 parts of an unsaturated polyether monomer; 8-12 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer; 15-30 parts of a functional monomer; 1.6 to 3.0 parts of an oxidizing agent; 0.2 to 0.8 part of a reducing agent; 0.6 to 1.5 parts of a chain transfer agent; the synthetic monomer is prepared from the following raw materials: amino acid and hydroxyl alkyl acrylate. The synthetic monomer is introduced, on one hand, hydrophilic groups hydrolyzed by ester groups can supplement carboxyl consumed in cement paste, and on the other hand, the adsorption and dispersion capacity is further improved through polyhydroxy and long-chain structures contained in the synthetic monomer. The water-reducing and slump-retaining type water reducer can improve the problems of high mixing amount, serious loss and the like of concrete admixtures, has both water-reducing and slump-retaining properties, and does not influence the strength of concrete. In addition, the water reducer has good adaptability with common water reducing agents, water-retaining agents, defoaming agents and other auxiliaries.
本发明涉及一种保坍型减水剂及其制备方法,一种保坍型减水剂,以重量份数计,所述保坍型减水剂的制备原料包括:合成单体8‑12份;不饱和聚醚单体180‑300份;不饱和羧酸单体8‑12份;功能单体15‑30份;氧化剂1.6‑3.0份;还原剂0.2‑0.8份;链转移剂0.6‑1.5份;以及pH调节剂2‑5份,所述合成单体的制备原料包括氨基酸和羟基烷基丙烯酸酯。本发明引入合成单体,一方面酯基水解的亲水基团可以补充水泥浆体中消耗的羧基,另一方面其含有的多羟基和长链结构,也进一步增大了吸附分散能力。本发明的减水保坍型减水剂能改善混凝土外加剂掺量高、损失严重等问题,兼顾减水与保坍性能,且不影响混凝土强度。此外与普通减水型减水剂、保水剂、消泡剂等助剂有较好适应性。
