Method for prefabricating bridge deck slab by using short line matching method
The invention discloses a method for prefabricating a bridge deck slab by using a short line matching method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting a formwork of a bridge deck slab A on a to-be-poured section, putting reinforcing steel bars into the formwork, pouring the bridge deck slab A, unloading wing plate formworks on the two sides of the bridge deck slab A after final setting, and integrally moving the bridge deck slab A to a matching section; (2) mounting a formwork of a bridge deck slab B on the to-be-poured section, putting reinforcing steel bars into the formwork, pouring the bridge deck slab B with the bridge deck slab A as a matching slab, unloading wing plate formworks on the two sides of the bridge deck slab B after final setting, integrally moving the bridge deck slab A to a curing section, and integrally moving the bridge deck slab B to the matching section; (3) mounting a formwork of a bridge deck slab C on the to-be-poured section with the bridge deck slab B as a matching slab, putting reinforcing steel bars into the formwork, pouring the bridge deck slab C, moving the bridge deck slab A to a slab storage area, integrally moving the bridge deck slab B to the curing section, and integrally moving the bridge deck slab C to the matching section; and (4) pouring the next bridge deck slab with the bridge deck slab C as a matching slab. The method has the characteristics that the bridge deck slab production efficiency is high, and no formwork needs to be mounted during wet joint pouring.
