The invention provides a high-strength bridge construction method. The method comprises the steps that S1 a stepped foundation pit is excavated, a waterproof layer is laid on the inner surface of the foundation pit, after the waterproof layer is laid, a bottom plate is anchored to the bottom of the foundation pit, a lime clay layer is laid on the bottom plate, and concrete pouring is conducted on the lime clay layer; S2 bridge abutments are built at the two ends and the bottom end of a bridge respectively, piles and supporting rods are built between every two adjacent bridge abutments, and the piles and the supporting rods are perpendicular to each other; S3 prefabricated mounting bases are pre-buried in concrete, and arc-shaped arch bridge plates are fixedly mounted on the mounting bases in a welding mode; S4 cast-in-place wet joint is carried out in the middle groove, and sound insulation wallboards are hoisted; and S5 concrete-filled steel tube bridge trusses are hoisted to a mounting station, the support is stabilized, and all the contact surfaces are connected in a welded mode. Strength and toughness of the bridge are improved, corrosion of the bridge steel structure is prevented, safety is guaranteed, and the service life of the bridge steel structure is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种高强度桥梁建造方法,包括以下步骤:S1:开挖一阶梯型的基坑,在基坑的内表面铺设防水层,完成防水层铺设后,在基坑底部锚接底板,并在底板上铺设石灰粘土层,在石灰黏土层进行混凝土的浇筑;S2:在桥梁位置的两端以及底端分别建造桥台,并且在相邻两个桥台之间建造桩柱和支撑杆,桩柱和支撑杆相互垂直设置;S3:将预制的安装座预埋到混凝土中,将弧形的拱桥板分别通过焊接方式固定安装于安装座;S4:在中部凹槽内部进行现浇湿接缝,将隔音墙板进行吊装;S5:钢管混凝土桥梁桁架吊至安装工位,稳固支座,将所有的接触面焊接连接。本发明增加桥梁的强度和韧性,防止桥梁钢结构腐蚀,保证安全性,延长其使用寿命。
