The construction method comprises the steps that a steel sleeve is installed through construction equipment, the steel sleeve surrounds the old pile, a positioning groove is formed in the inner wall of the steel sleeve in the axial direction, and a connecting assembly is arranged at the top end of the steel sleeve; a pressurizing plate is inserted into the steel sleeve along the positioning groove, the position of the pressurizing plate in the steel sleeve is limited by using a connecting assembly, the pressurizing plate comprises a guide edge matched with the positioning groove and a loading edge, the included angle between the guide edge and the loading edge is an acute angle, and at the moment, the acute angle between the guide edge and the loading edge points to the bottom of the steel sleeve; the steel sleeve is spirally pressed downwards by using the construction equipment, and the loading edge loads the old pile for the first time till the old pile is fractured; the old pile fractured for the first time is hoisted out of the steel sleeve; a filler fills into the steel sleeve, and the steel sleeve is upwards taken out at the same time; a pile casing is embedded in the ground; and a new pile is poured into the pile casing. The method has the effect of improving the construction efficiency of old pile replacement.
