The invention discloses an externally-wrapped honeycomb channel steel composite beam. The externally-wrapped honeycomb channel steel composite beam comprises two pieces of honeycomb channel steel which are parallel and oppositely arranged, each honeycomb channel steel comprises a vertically-arranged web, a top flange steel plate and a lower flange steel plate, the top flange steel plates and the lower flange steel plates are horizontally connected to the upper ends and the lower ends of the webs, and through holes penetrating through the webs in the radial direction are formed in the webs in the length direction of the webs at intervals; the two pieces of honeycomb channel steel are connected and fixed through two rows of connecting steel lacing bars, the two ends of one row of connecting steel lacing bars are fixed to the top flange steel plates of the two pieces of honeycomb channel steel respectively, and the two ends of the other row of connecting steel lacing bars are fixed to the lower flange steel plates of the two pieces of honeycomb channel steel respectively; and the two pieces of honeycomb channel steel are connected to form a rectangular cavity framework, and the cavity is filled with concrete. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the regular hexagon honeycomb channel steel. Equipment pipelines can pass through the beam while the size of the beam can be well reduced, and meanwhile the clear height of a building is increased; and due to the fact that the channel steel has rigidity and the strength, damage caused by the earthquake action can be well resisted.
