The invention discloses a using method of a positioning device capable of adjusting prefabricated column connecting steel bars in three directions. The positioning device comprises a positioning plate and a sleeve penetrating through the positioning plate, a first leveling bubble and a first laser assembly are fixed to the positioning plate in the transverse axis direction, and a second leveling bubble and a second laser assembly are fixed to the positioning plate in the longitudinal axis direction. The using method comprises the steps that S1, the connecting steel bars on a prefabricated reinforced concrete column are inserted into the sleeve; S2, according to the first leveling bubble and the first laser assembly, the deviation degree of the connecting steel bars in the transverse axis direction of the positioning plate is adjusted, and according to the second leveling bubble and the second laser assembly, the deviation degree of the connecting steel bars in the longitudinal axis direction of the positioning plate is adjusted; and S3, when the connecting steel bars are coaxially aligned with the sleeve in the vertical direction, positioning alignment of the positioning plate and the prefabricated reinforced concrete column is completed. The deviation of the perpendicularity of the connecting steel bars can be detected and adjusted from three directions, and the hoisting precision and efficiency are improved.
