The positioning device comprises a positioning plate and sleeves used for containing the connecting steel bars; a first laser part, a second laser part, a first leveling bubble and a second leveling bubble are arranged on the plate face of the positioning plate; the plate face of the positioning plate is parallel to the horizontal line; the detection direction of the first laser part and the detection direction of the first leveling bubble are both parallel to the transverse axis direction of the positioning plate; the detection direction of the second laser part and the detection direction of the second leveling bubble are both parallel to the longitudinal axis direction of the positioning plate; the multiple sleeves are perpendicular to and penetrate the positioning plate; and the connecting steel bars can be positioned and adjusted in three directions, the deviation of the perpendicularity of the connecting steel bars is effectively limited, the position deviation degree of the connecting steel bars in the horizontal direction can be predicted, and the hoisting precision and efficiency are improved.
