The invention relates to the technical field of bridge prestressed duct slurry supplementing, in particular to a bridge prestressed pipeline slurry supplementing method which comprises the following steps: S10, finding a longitudinal or transverse prestressed pipeline grouting non-compact area, and marking on a prestressed beam plate; S20, conducting windowing on the highest position and the lowest position of the non-dense grouting area marked on the prestressed beam plate; S30, inserting a slurry supplementing and feeding pipe into the prestressed pipeline through a window in the lower end,and inserting a slurry supplementing and discharging pipe into the prestressed pipeline through a window in the upper end; S40, respectively sealing the slurry supplementing inlet pipe and the slurrysupplementing outlet pipe with the prestressed pipeline; and S50, starting grouting from the slurry supplementing and feeding pipe until the concentration of the discharged slurry flowing out of the slurry supplementing and discharging pipe is consistent with the concentration of the fed slurry, and then stopping slurry supplementing. The method is effective and convenient, is a remedial measure when the grouting defect exists in the pipeline, can prolong the service life of the bridge and prolong the durability of the bridge, and guarantees the normal exertion of a bridge prestress system.
