The invention discloses a method for increasing the early strength of fluidized backfill soil, in the preparation process of the fluidized backfill, calcined gypsum, a hardening accelerator, a water reducing agent and the like are doped, so that early hardening of the fluidized backfill can be achieved under the condition that the engineering quality is ensured, and the construction efficiency is improved. After the additive is doped, the strength of the fluidized backfill can reach 0.03 MPa after the fluidized backfill is uniformly mixed for 30 minutes. Although the long-term strength of the fluidized backfill can be enhanced by doping a traditional curing material into the fluidized backfill, the early strength after 30 minutes is not considered, a method for improving the early strength is not considered, and the curing material can well solve the problem.
本发明公开了一种增加流动化回填土早期强度的方法,在流动化回填土制备过程中,掺入熟石膏、硬化促进剂以及减水剂等可使流动化回填土在确保工程质量的情况下实现早期硬化,提高施工效率。掺入以上所述的添加剂之后,流动化回填土的强度能够在均匀拌合30min后,达到0.03MPa。虽然在流动化回填土中掺入传统的固化材料能增强其长期强度,但是并未曾考虑到30min之后的早期强度,也没有考虑提升早期强度的方法,而该固化材料可以很好地解决这一问题。
