Dielectric ceramic special-shaped part and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a dielectric ceramic special-shaped part. The dielectric ceramic special-shaped part is prepared from the following raw materials: a matrix, high-temperature plastic, low-temperature plastic, wax and a surfactant; the matrix is dielectric ceramic powder; the high-temperature plastic comprises polyamide, polyetherimide powder and polymaleimide powder; and the low-temperature plastic comprises polyethylene, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. According to the dielectric ceramic special-shaped part, high-temperature plastic and low-temperature plastic are added, the glass transition temperature of the high-temperature plastic is higher than that of the low-temperature plastic, and when the glass transition temperature of the high-temperature plastic is not reached, the high-temperature plastic serves as a framework of a green body. In the heating process, the low-temperature plastic is melted and softened before the high-temperature plastic, the high-temperature plastic is gradually softened along with higher and higher temperature, and the low-temperature plastic is carbonized and hardened to form a framework, so that the deformation of the dielectric ceramic body can be reduced. The special-shaped part is degreased and then sintered in the same sintering furnace after being subjected to injection molding, is suitable for preparing dielectric ceramic workpieces with the diameter being 50 mm or above, and can keep higher shape precision.
