The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt laying and discloses an asphalt laying device for road traffic. The device comprises two conveying cylinders, a laying box and a mounting plate, wherein a driving mechanism is arranged on an upper surface of the mounting plate, two rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the bottom of the laying box, one side of each rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a turning plate, first discharging holes are formed in upper surfaces of the turning plates and are of S-shaped structures, wedge-shaped blocks are fixedly connected to upper surfaces of the turning plates, a plurality of second discharging holes are formed in upper surfaces of the turning plates, rotating shafts are arranged in the two conveying cylinders, and spiral blades are fixedly connected to one sides of the rotating shafts; and a plurality of fan blades are fixedly connected to one side of the rotating shaft. In the construction process, asphalt can be laid on the side face of a road, labor intensity of manual filling is reduced, operation steps are simplified, time and labor are saved, and asphalt laying efficiency is improved.
