Combined energy-saving waterproof roof system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a combined energy-saving waterproof roof system and a construction method thereof. The combined energy-saving waterproof roof system comprises the following specific implementation steps: (1) secondary steel structure construction; (2) roof stainless steel ditch construction; (3) roof aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate construction; (4) roof sunlight plate construction; (5) roof photovoltaic glass construction; and (6) integral waterproof treatment. The whole roof system is split into single areas and then is divided into a factory manufacturing part and an on-site processing and mounting part; the factory manufacturing part mainly comprises a PC board and a photovoltaic glass aluminum alloy combined frame form; the on-site processing and mounting part mainly comprises mounting of a roof supporting structure, field manufacturing of aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates and mounting of three kinds of roof panels; construction drawings of detail nodes are drawn in detail according to the structural characteristics of the combined energy-saving waterproof roof; after various kinds of components of the roof are disassembled, the construction and mounting process is simulated by adopting three-dimensional animation; and various construction technologies of the complex roof structure are effectively interpreted.
本发明公开了一种组合节能防水屋面系统及其施工方法,该组合节能防水屋面系统包含以下具体实施步骤:(1)次钢结构施工;(2)屋面不锈钢水沟施工;(3)屋面铝镁锰板施工;(4)屋面阳光板施工;(5)屋面光伏玻璃施工;(6)整体防水处理。本发明通过将整体屋面系统进行拆分,分成单块区域后,分成工厂制作部分和现场加工安装部分,工厂加工部分主要包括PC板和光伏玻璃铝合金组合框形式,现场加工和安装部分主要包括屋面支撑结构的安装、铝镁锰板的现场制作及三种屋面板安装,根据组合节能防水屋面的构造特点,详细绘制各细部节点施工图纸,将屋面各类组件拆分后,采用三维动画模拟施工安装过程,有效解读了复杂屋面结构各项施工技术。
