The invention belongs to the technical field of architectural ceramics, and particularly discloses a composite ceramic tile as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile body, wherein micropores in the surface of the ceramic tile body are filled with thermosetting resin. Raw materials for preparing the thermosetting resin comprise bisphenol A glycidyl methacrylate, a diluent and an initiator. The preparation method of the composite ceramic tile comprises the following steps: S1, heating and vaporizing the resin to obtain resin steam; and S2, placing the ceramic tile body in the resin steam for hole filling treatment so as to obtain the composite ceramic tile. According to the invention, the surface micropores of the ceramic tile body are filled with the thermosetting resin, the ceramic tile body is further improved in blank strength and fracture toughness under the combined action of a three-dimensional network structure of the thermosetting resin and network structures realizing communication among the micropores and penetrating through each other, and the resin can be firmly adhered to the micropores of the ceramic tile body, so the stability of the composite ceramic tile in use can be improved.
