Semi-dry hard concrete construction method in northwest region
The invention mainly relates to the field of airport cement concrete pavement construction, in particular to a semi-dry hard concrete construction method in the northwest region. The construction method comprises the seven steps of concrete paving and vibrating, concrete leveling, concrete kneading, surface plastering by a wood trowel, surface plastering by a large trowel, surface plastering by an iron trowel and galling. The main problem to be solved is to prevent the phenomenon of voids and pitted surfaces on the concrete edge due to aggregate concentration; a line ramming procedure is added, and the compaction effect on pumice stones on the surface of concrete is obvious by using a line rammer provided with a clasp nail; mortar is extracted by the rolling bars in a front-and-back staggered and rolling mortar extraction mode, so that the thickness and the uniformity of the mortar can be ensured; and the iron trowel eliminates the trowel marks and blocks the sand holes, and meanwhile, the iron trowel separates the concrete from a formwork, so that the phenomena of edge falling and corner falling are prevented, and the concrete construction quality is effectively controlled.
本发明主要涉及机场水泥混凝土道面施工领域，具体的说是一种一种西北地区半干硬性混凝土施工方法。本施工方法包括：混凝土摊铺振捣、混凝土整平、混凝土揉浆、木抹抹面、大抹子抹面、铁抹抹面和拉毛七个步骤。解决问题主要是防止由于骨料集中导致混凝土边部发生蜂窝麻面现象。其中，增加了一道行夯工序，使用安装有扒钉的行夯对混凝土表面浮石的压实效果较为明显；滚杠采用前后错位及滚动提浆的方式进行提浆，可以保证砂浆的厚度及均匀性；铁抹消除抹痕，封堵沙眼，同时铁抹对混凝土与模板进行分隔，防止掉边掉角现象的发生，有效控制了混凝土施工质量。
