High-ductility quick-setting quick-hardening concrete repairing material
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a high-ductility quick-setting quick-hardening concrete repairing material. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 80 parts of fly ash, 90 to 140 parts of quartz sand and 70 to 120 parts of water. According to the high-ductility quick-setting quick-hardening concrete repairing material, by adding Portland cement, aluminate cement and dihydrate gypsum, a large amount of ettringite and hydrated calcium aluminate can be generated in the early melting stage of water, so high early strength can be obtained; the ettringite contains a large amount of crystal water and has certain expansion performance for a system, so good adhesion with foundation concrete can be formed, and the purpose of good adhesion is achieved; and by adding a certain amount of mineral powder, a pore structure can be refined, and the mineral powder can react with calcium hydroxide and other substances to generate hydrated calcium silicate gel (volcanic ash effect) so as to further improve the compactness and the ion erosion resistance of mortar, and the purpose of good compactness and ion erosion resistance of the mortar is achieved.
