The quick-hardening high-corrosion-resistance mortar repairing material is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 61%-70% of ordinary Portland cement, 2%-5% of sulphoaluminate cement, 8%-10% of fly ash, 2%-5% of silica fume, 2%-5% of gypsum, 4%-7% of an expanding agent, 0.5%-1% of a water reducing agent, 2%-6% of latex powder and 0.1%-0.2% of ethanolamine. The corrosion resistance coefficient of the quick-hardening high-corrosion-resistance mortar repairing material reaches 1.2, the tensile adhesive strength reaches 1.7 MPa, the 28 d compressive strength reaches 48 MPa or above, and an acid corrosion soaking 180 d test proves that the material has high weak acid corrosion resistance, meets the requirement of high corrosion resistance of sewage concrete structures, can be used as an effective anti-corrosion concrete coating layer, and is of great significance to long-term safe operation of sewage treatment facilities.
