The bulletproof sheet is obtained by the following method: firstly, selecting ZrSi2, B4C and C as raw materials, taking and mixing the raw materials according to a molar ratio of 2: 1: 3, then mixing the mixed powder and B4C powder according to a volume ratio of 1: 9, 1.5: 8.5, 2: 8, 2.5: 7.5 and 3: 7, then sequentially carrying out wet ball milling, drying by a rotary evaporator and screening by a screen on the mixed powder, and finally sintering the powder in a hot pressing furnace to obtain the bulletproof sheet. The B4C-ZrB2-SiC bulletproof sheet composite material is prepared by regulating and controlling the raw material ratio and a sintering process. The B4C-ZrB2-SiC bulletproof sheet composite material prepared by the method is uniform in phase distribution, and has the advantages of high fracture toughness, high strength and the like.
