Preparation method of enhanced layered ceramic bulletproof sheet
The invention discloses a preparation method of an enhanced layered ceramic bulletproof sheet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing ceramic raw material powder, a binder, aplasticizer, a dispersing agent and a solvent in proportion to obtain ceramic slurry; 2) heating, stirring and defoaming the obtained ceramic slurry in vacuum, and volatilizing the solvent to reach proper viscosity; and 3) preparing a ceramic tape-casted sheet from the ceramic slurry by using a tape-casting process at a tape-casting speed of 0.01-4 m/min, wherein the thickness of a tape-casting layer is 0.1-3.0 mm. Layered stacking of non-spherical particles is achieved through the directional arrangement effect of shearing stress on the non-spherical particles in the tape casting process, thelayered structure can enhance the material, the bulletproof performance of the ceramic is greatly improved, and the situation that the penetration resistance is reduced due to introduction of a softlayer is avoided.
本发明公开一种增强型层状陶瓷防弹片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将陶瓷原料粉、粘结剂、塑化剂、分散剂、溶剂按比例混合得到陶瓷料浆;2)对所得陶瓷料浆进行加热真空搅拌除泡,并挥发溶剂达到合适的粘度;3)利用流延成型工艺由陶瓷料浆制备陶瓷流延片,流延速度为0.01‑4 m/min,流延层厚度为0.1‑3.0mm;本发明利用流延工艺时剪切应力对非球形颗粒的定向排布作用,实现非球形颗粒的层状堆叠,这一结构既能发挥层状结构对材料的增强、增韧效果,大大提高陶瓷的防弹性能,又避免了因引入软质层而导致的抗侵彻能力下降。
