Method for preparing porous silicon nitride ceramic based on walnut shells
The invention discloses a method for preparing porous silicon nitride ceramic based on walnut shells. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out high-temperature calcination treatment on rice hulls to obtain rice hull ash, directly nitriding to obtain silicon nitride, crushing, and screening to obtain silicon nitride powder of different specifications; weighing 60-100 parts by mass of silicon nitride powder, 5-50 parts by mass of walnut shell powder, 1-20 parts by mass of a sintering aid and 10-50 parts by mass of a binder according to a formula, dispersing the weighed materials in a solvent, and carrying out ball milling to obtain ceramic slurry; taking out the slurry, drying, and grinding to obtain ceramic powder; pressing the ceramic powder into a biscuit in a dry pressing mode; and introducing a nitrogen atmosphere, and sintering at 1600-1900 DEG C to obtain the porous silicon nitride ceramic material. The method for preparing the porous silicon nitride ceramic is green, low in cost and rapid, and the prepared porous ceramic is high in porosity, excellent in mechanical property and good in acid and alkali resistance and can be applied to high-temperature flue gas filtration.
本发明公开了一种基于核桃壳制备多孔氮化硅陶瓷的方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:将稻壳高温煅烧处理得到稻壳灰,直接氮化得到氮化硅,破碎后筛分得到不同规格的氮化硅粉体。将60~100质量份的氮化硅粉末、5~50质量份的核桃壳粉末、1~20质量份的烧结助剂、10~50质量份的粘结剂按配方称量分散于溶剂中,经球磨得到陶瓷浆料;将浆料取出后烘干,研磨得到陶瓷粉体;将陶瓷粉体通过干压成型的方式压制成素坯;通入氮气气氛在1600~1900℃下烧结得到多孔氮化硅陶瓷材料。本发明提供了一种绿色、低成本、快捷的制备多孔氮化硅陶瓷的方法,制备的多孔陶瓷孔隙率高,力学性能优异,耐酸碱性好,可应用于高温烟气过滤。
