The invention provides a control panel and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of manufacturing of control panels. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: soaking a stone plate in an anti-cracking agent for 0.5-1 hour, drying, and cutting, grinding and polishing the stone plate to obtain a laminated plate; and soaking the laminated plate in the waterproof agent for 2-4 hours, curing, and bonding the laminated plate with the front surface of the control circuit board by using an adhesive to obtain the stone control panel. Specifically, as the stone plate is easy to cut, or cracks are formed in a notch and the like during cutting, the stone plate is soaked in the anti-cracking agent, so that the anti-cracking agent can permeate into the surface layer of the stone plate, the condition of cutting or cracks is not easy to occur, and the yield is high. Moreover, before being attached to the front face of the control circuit board, the composite board is soaked in the waterproof agent for a period of time, so that the composite board is lower in water absorption rate, better in vitrification degree and not prone to thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by climate changes.
本发明提供一种控制面板及其制作工艺,涉及控制面板的制作技术邻域。该制作工艺包括以下步骤:将石质板材在防裂剂中浸泡0.5h‑1h后,经干燥后,将石质板材切割、打磨以及抛光后制得覆合板;将覆合板在防水剂中浸泡2h‑4h,经固化后,再将覆合板与控制电路板的正面以胶黏剂黏合,制得石质控制面板。具体地,由于石质板材在切割时易发生割裂,或切口出现裂纹等现象,因此将石质板材在防裂剂中浸泡,能够使得防裂剂渗透至石质板材表层,不易发生割裂或产生裂纹的情况,成品率较高。而且,在覆合板与控制电路板的正面贴合之前,将该覆合板在防水剂中浸泡一段时间,使得覆合板的吸水率更低,玻化程度更好,不易受到气候变化而发生热胀冷缩。
