HUMIDITY CONTROL PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a humidity control panel which is easily manufactured, lightens the weight of a finished product, and is easily constructed.SOLUTION: A humidity control panel comprises gypsum, an inorganic filler, silica gel, hollow bodies, a fibrous substance, and an appropriate amount of water, and is formed by kneading them. The hollow bodies are mixed in an amount of 5-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the gypsum. Inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and synthetic fibers such as vinylon fibers are used as the fibrous substance. An inorganic thickener, an organic thickener, such as methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, acrylamide polymers, and polyvinyl alcohol, and a natural thickener are mixed for the purpose of improving shape retention.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 製造が容易で、仕上がった製品も軽量で、施工しやすい調湿性パネルを得る。【解決手段】石膏、無機充填材、シリカゲル、中空体、繊維状物質、適量の水を含み、混錬し、成形する。前記中空体は石膏100重量部に対して5〜15重量部配合する。繊維状物質としてはガラス繊維などの無機系繊維、ビニロン繊維などの合成繊維を用い、保型性を向上させる目的で無機系増粘剤、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、アクリルアミド重合体、ポリビニルアルコールなどの有機系増粘剤、天然系増粘剤を配合する。【選択図】 なし
