The invention discloses a cover beam high-durability prefabricated formwork which comprises a shell with the top end open and the shape consistent with that of a cover beam. The wall thicknesses of all the wall surfaces of the shell are consistent; a rib assembly is arranged on each inner wall surface of the shell; each rib assembly comprises a plurality of first reinforcing ribs and second reinforcing ribs which are vertically crossed to form a grid shape; the heights of the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs protruding out of the corresponding inner wall surface of the shell are consistent; a plurality of supporting steel bars are embedded in the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs and extend in the direction perpendicular to the inner wall face of the shell where the supporting steel bars are located. The invention further discloses the cover beam. Compared with an existing common concrete cover beam, the shell made of the ultra-high-performance concrete has the advantages that the strength and the deicing salt corrosion resistance are improved, the end faces are not prone to falling off, and therefore the problem that the durability of the structure is damaged is solved.
本发明公开了一种盖梁高耐久性预制模壳,包括顶端敞口的与盖梁外形相一致的壳体;壳体各壁面的壁厚一致;壳体的各个内壁面上均设置有肋组件,肋组件包括若干垂直交叉的组成网格状的第一加强肋和第二加强肋;第一加强肋、第二加强肋凸出壳体相应内壁面的高度均一致;第一加强肋、第二加强肋内预埋有若干支撑钢筋,支撑钢筋沿垂直于所在壳体内壁面的方向延伸。本发明还公开了一种盖梁。本发明中使用超高性能混凝土制成的壳体较现有的普通混凝土盖梁相比,强度及抗除冰盐侵蚀性能提高,端面处也不易脱落,从而解决了结构耐久性破坏问题。
