The construction process comprises the steps: a construction site is cleaned and leveled, and a temporary construction road is built, so as to achieve entering operation of automation equipment; and the elevation of the construction site is measured on the construction site, the positions of tamping points are marked, then a tamping machine is started, tamping operation is conducted at the positions of the tamping points in an interlaced jumping mode, the tamping amount of the tamping operation is calculated after single-time tamping, and when the tamping amount meets a preset condition, the tamping operation at a current tamping point is stopped. The end of the tamping operation of the single tamping point is automatically determined according to the tamping amount, that is, the end time of the tamping operation is quantitatively determined through the precise technical tamping amount; and therefore, the situation that the tamping effect of the single tamping point meets the requirement is guaranteed, the strength consistency is high, the foundation bearing capacity and the deformation modulus are improved, and a foundation is reinforced.
