The invention discloses an electronic piling positioning device for a building in the field of building operation. The electronic piling positioning device comprises a fixing plate, wherein upper sliding plates are mounted on the two sides of the fixing plate; lower sliding plates are mounted at the lower ends of the upper sliding plates; the upper sliding plates are in sliding connection with the lower sliding plates; locking bolts are mounted in the middles of the outer side walls of the lower sliding plates; the locking bolts are in rotary connection with the lower sliding plates; a lifting chamber is mounted in the middle of the upper end of the fixing plate; and a first rotary motor is mounted in the middle of the top end in the lifting chamber. According to the electronic piling positioning device disclosed by the invention, a handle is held and a sliding seat slides leftward and rightward to drive a piling head to move, so that piling operation at different positions is realized and is not limited; the operation efficiency is improved and convenience is brought; a photovoltaic panel is operated to generate electric energy; direct current is converted into alternating current through an inverter and the alternating current is stored in a storage battery pack; and power is supplied to electric appliances of the device and is not limited by an external power supply, so that the electric energy is saved and the operation cost is reduced.
