The invention discloses a building piling positioning device which comprises a positioning mechanism and a connecting mechanism, the positioning mechanism comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, supporting columns are fixedly installed at the four corners of the bottom of the top plate, the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the top plate through the four supporting columns, and driving assemblies are arranged on the left side and the right side of the interior of the bottom plate; and moving columns are symmetrically arranged on the front sides and the rear sides of the upper portions of the two sets of driving assemblies, the four moving columns are slidably connected between the top plate and the bottom plate, and positioning rings are symmetrically arranged on the left sides and the right sides of the positions between the top plate and the bottom plate. According to the piling positioning device, limiting and fixing of the inserting plate can be relieved only by rotating the inserting plate, so that the positioning ring can be detached to be cleaned or replaced with a new positioning ring, through the arrangement of the structure, the positioning ring is quite convenient and rapid to install and detach, and the problem that a positioning sleeve in a traditional piling positioning device cannot be replaced is solved.
