The device comprises a base with universal wheels and a frame body arranged on the base, a water tank is arranged on the right side in the base, a water pump communicating with the interior of the water tank through a water inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the water tank, a water outlet pipe of the water pump extends upwards to the top in the frame body, and a plurality of nozzles capable of spraying downwards are arranged on the water outlet pipe; a plaster storage groove is formed in the left side of the interior of the base, and plaster collection fans communicating with the interior of the frame body are arranged on the two sides of the top of the plaster storage groove; and a lifting plate capable of moving up and down is arranged in the frame body, and the side, close to a wall body, of the lifting plate is connected with a scraping plate through a plurality of supporting springs. According to the device, the plastering force of the scraping plate is maintained through the elastic force of the supporting springs, and the situation that the plastering effect is affected due to too large or too small force is avoided; and meanwhile, raised wall plaster is sprayed with water, the situation that a large amount of plaster overflows and pollutes the environment is avoided, the wall plaster is collected into the plaster storage groove through the plaster collection fans, and therefore harm to the human body is reduced.
