本发明涉及建筑施工技领域，具体涉及一种房屋建筑抹灰装置，包括升降座、调节机构和抹灰装置本体，调节机构包括安装架、驱动组件、螺纹套筒、连接筒和安装板，通过调节机构可以调节抹灰装置本体的位置，通过抹灰装置本体可以对墙面抹灰，当需要调节抹灰装置本体的位置时，启动驱动组件，驱动组件工作驱动螺纹套筒向靠近驱动组件的一侧移动，螺纹套筒带动连接筒向靠近驱动组件的一侧移动，连接筒带动安装板上的抹灰装置本体向远离墙面的一侧移动，直至抹灰装置本体移动至预设位置时，即可完成对抹灰装置本体的位置调节，从而解决了现有的抹灰装置的抹灰厚度固定，调节抹灰厚度的过程较为繁琐的问题。
