Second angle teeth on a first motor are in linkage with first angle teeth on a round pipe, so that the round pipe rotates on the outer cylinder, a threaded groove is formed in the outer wall of the round pipe, the round pipe rotates a thread sleeve outside the threaded groove to be connected to a frame plate so as to stretch and retract up and down on a sliding rod, a first spring is arranged between the frame plate and a first scraper blade, under the action of a short rod and a limiting block, the first scraper blade is attached to the wall of the inner cylinder which is filled with slurry, meanwhile, a second gear on a shaft pipe is driven by a first gear on a second motor to rotate, so that the inner cylinder rotates in the outer cylinder, and therefore, the first scraper blade can scrape congelation on the wall of the rotating inner cylinder up and down.
