The invention relates to the technical field of machining construction, and discloses a building design engineering reinforcement construction device which comprises a workbench, a supporting mechanism and a clamping mechanism. The supporting mechanism is arranged on the side, close to the ground, of the workbench and comprises a bottom plate arranged on the ground, and a lifting assembly is arranged between the bottom plate and the workbench; the clamping mechanism comprises third sliding grooves formed in the two sides of the workbench, the third sliding grooves are slidably connected with supporting plates, the ends of the supporting plates are rotationally connected with rotating shafts, the ends, close to the center of the workbench, of the rotating shafts are fixedly connected with arc-shaped supports, and clamping head assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the arc-shaped supports. Angle deflection assemblies for adjusting the angle of the arc-shaped support are arranged at the two ends of the workbench, the building design engineering reinforcing construction device rotates around the rotating shaft through the arc-shaped support, and therefore the device can conduct fixing treatment according to different positions and angles.
