The invention provides an epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture containing steel slag as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof, and the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials: epoxy emulsified asphalt, water and aggregate, the aggregate comprises coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and filler; the coarse aggregate is diabase, and the fine aggregate comprises steel slag and machine-made sand; and steel fiber is used as a reinforcing agent. According to the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture containing the steel slag, the steel slag is added into the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture, so that the low-temperature crack resistance and the skid resistance of the asphalt mixture can be improved, and meanwhile, the high-temperature stability and the water stability are improved. According to the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture containing the steel slag, efficient utilization of the steel slag is achieved, and energy consumption and harmful gas emission during mixing and paving of an asphalt pavement are reduced.
