The invention discloses anti-crack recycled concrete. The anti-crack recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: Portland cement, rice hull ash I, natural fine aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, recycled coarse aggregate, water, a water reducing agent, modified rubber powder and amino silicon oil modified steel fiber, and the modified rubber powder is prepared by reacting waste rubber powder and rice hull ash II in a sodium hydroxide solution; the amino silicon oil is cured on the surface of the steel fiber to form a protective film, the possibility of direct contact between salt solutions such as chloride ions and the steel fiber is reduced, so that the possibility of corrosion of the steel fiber is reduced, the crack resistance of the recycled concrete is improved, meanwhile, the rice hull ash modifies the waste rubber powder, hydrophilic organic silicon gel is formed on the surface of the waste rubber powder, the interface compatibility with cement mortar is good, and the modified rubber powder has certain elasticity, and thus the possibility of internal expansion cracking of the recycled concrete is further reduced.
本发明公开了一种抗裂再生混凝土。一种抗裂再生混凝土,由包括如下原料制得:硅酸盐水泥、稻壳灰一、天然细骨料、天然粗骨料、再生粗骨料、水、减水剂、改性胶粉、氨基硅油改性钢纤维,所述改性胶粉由废胶粉和稻壳灰二在氢氧化钠溶液中反应制得;氨基硅油在钢纤维表面固化形成一层保护膜,降低氯离子等盐溶液与钢纤维直接接触的可能性,从而降低钢纤维锈蚀的可能性,提高再生混凝土的抗裂强度,同时,稻壳灰对废胶粉进行改性,废胶粉表面形成亲水有机硅凝胶,与水泥砂浆的界面相容性较好,改性胶粉具有一定的弹性,进一步降低再生混凝土内部膨胀开裂的可能性。
