Ceramsite prepared from high-volume coal-based solid waste and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of solid wastes, in particular to ceramsite prepared from high-content coal-based solid wastes and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of coal gangue and 20-40 parts of waste glass powder. The raw materials are all solid wastes, meanwhile, the prepared ceramsite has the excellent characteristics of light weight and high strength, the stacking density is as low as 712.5 kg/cm<3>, the cylinder compressive strength is as high as 10 Mpa, the preparation process is simple, the raw material cost is low, and good economic benefits and environmental benefits are achieved. Besides, the light ceramsite has the composition and structure similar to those of soil, a large number of pores of the light ceramsite are beneficial to retention of water, gas, fertilizer and other substances needed by growth and development of plants, migration space is provided for the substances, and the light ceramsite can be used as a carrier material in ecological restoration.
本发明涉及固体废弃物综合利用领域,具体涉及一种由高掺量煤基固废制得的陶粒及制备方法。所述陶粒在制备时的原料包括如下重量份组分:粉煤灰50‑70份,煤矸石5‑15份,废玻璃粉20‑40份。本发明的原料全部为固体废弃物,同时制得的陶粒具有轻质高强的优良特点,堆积密度低至712.5kg/cm3,筒压强度高达10Mpa,并且制备工艺简单、原料成本低廉,有良好的经济效益和环境效益。此外,该轻质陶粒具有与土壤相似的组成和结构,其大量的孔隙有利于留存植物生长发育所需的水、气、肥等物质,并为物质提供迁移的空间,能够在生态修复中作为载体材料进行应用。
