Coal slime solid waste-based high-strength and high-porosity ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses a coal slime solid waste based high-strength and high-porosity ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the coal slime, the sodium carbonate and the granite stone powder, and fully grinding to obtain a fine powder material; 2) adding water into the fine powder material, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mud pie; (3) extruding the mud pies into strips, and then cutting the strips into wet particles; 4) performing two-stage drying on the wet particles to obtain raw material particles; and 5) carrying out primary calcination on the raw material particles in a nitrogen atmosphere, then carrying out secondary calcination in an air atmosphere, and cooling to obtain the ceramsite. According to the invention, coal slime is used as a main raw material, a small amount of sodium carbonate and granite stone powder are added as auxiliary raw materials, after mixing, grinding, granulation and drying, calcination consolidation is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere and preliminary pore forming is carried out, and then calcination is carried out in an air atmosphere for secondary pore forming, so that the ceramsite has high mechanical strength and high porosity at the same time.
