The invention provides a construction support and method for a large-span cable-stayed cross beam crossing a highway bent frame pier. The support comprises foundation supports arranged at the two sides of a crossing traffic lane at the bottom, a bearing platform arranged on the foundation supports, a cross beam outer mold arranged on the bearing platform and used for cross beam pouring construction, and supporting stress structures arranged at the four corners of the cross beam outer mold; each foundation support comprises a bear platform and a pier body, a hole is pre-embedded in the pier body; the bearing platform comprises a longitudinal supporting beam penetrating through the hole of the pier body in the longitudinal bridge direction, a transverse supporting beam arranged above the longitudinal supporting beam and a steel plate assembly embedded in the pier body, a plurality of connecting lug plates are arranged on the transverse supporting beam; and the supporting stress structure comprises a concrete steel pipe column, a longitudinal hanging beam and a cable-stayed lead screw. The concrete steel pipe column is arranged over the steel plate assembly, one end of the cable-stayed lead screw is connected with the longitudinal hanging beam, and the other end of the cable-stayed lead screw is connected with the connecting lug plate. The construction structure is simple, installation is convenient, and used materials are fewer.
本发明提供一种跨高速路排架墩大跨度斜拉式横梁施工支架及方法,所述支架包括设置在底部的分跨行车道两侧的基础支撑、设置在基础支撑上的承重平台、设置在承重平台上进行横梁浇筑施工的横梁外模、分立横梁外模四个角的支撑受力结构,所述基础支撑包括承台、墩身,所述墩身上预埋有孔洞,所述承重结构包括沿纵桥向贯穿墩身的孔洞的纵向支撑梁、设置在纵向支撑梁上方的横向支撑梁、预埋在墩身上的钢板组件,所述横向支撑梁上设有多个连接耳板,所述支撑受力结构包括混凝土钢管柱、纵向吊梁、斜拉丝杠,所述混凝土钢管柱设置在钢板组件的上方,所述斜拉丝杠一端和纵向吊梁连接,另一端和连接耳板连接。本发明施工结构简单,安装方便,使用材料少。
