The invention discloses a construction method of a non-pulling-out type half-casing retaining wall cast-in-situ bored pile. A full-rotation steel casing is adopted for follow-up construction, and a disposable steel casing is inserted in a certain depth in a subway protection range in a spinning mode and is not pulled out any more; a full-rotation drilling machine is moved to enter the construction of the next pile foundation casing; additionally, soil is backfilled in the casing to the elevation of the terrace, so that piping is prevented; a forward and reverse circulation drilling machine enters the site, and drilling and hole forming are performed in the casing through a slurry protection wall drilling process till the designed pile bottom elevation is achieved; and under the assistance of the forward and reverse circulation drilling machine, emptying, reinforcement cage putting and underwater concrete pouring are performed, so that the construction of the non-pulling-out type half-casing retaining wall cast-in-situ bored pile is completed. Compared with a traditional cast-in-situ bored pile process, the construction method has the advantages that the influence on surrounding disturbance is greatly reduced, and the influence on subway interval tunnels is reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种非拔除式半套管护壁钻孔灌注桩的施工方法,采用全回转钢套管跟进施工,在地铁保护范围一定深度内旋压插入一次钢套管套管,不再拔除。移动全回转钻机移位进入下一根桩基套管施工。同时将套管内回填土至地坪标高,以防止管涌出现。正反循环钻机进场,采用泥浆护壁钻孔工艺在套管内钻进成孔直至设计桩底标高。在正反循环钻机的辅助下,进行清空、下钢筋笼、水下浇筑混凝土即完成了非拔除式半套管护壁钻孔灌注桩的施工。本发明相对传统钻孔灌注桩工艺对周边扰动影响大幅度变小,最大限度的减少对地铁区间隧道产生影响。
