The invention relates to a construction method for a double-wall steel casing of a cast-in-situ bored pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing before construction, confirming a construction site, trimming the construction site, confirming the site elevation, confirming the size of a steel casing and preparing materials in a subsequent factory; s2, a double-wall steel casing is machined and manufactured, the steel casing and the supporting ribs are welded, an inner casing and an outer casing are assembled and tested, and lifting lugs are welded to the surface of the outer casing; the double-wall steel casing is mainly characterized in that the inner casing and the outer casing are completely separated, when the inner casing and a pile body are settled together, the double-wall steel casing is not affected by friction resistance of a soil layer, the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner casing are both 500mm longer than the outer casing, and the distance between the top of the inner casing and the bottom of a test pile cap and the distance between the bottom of the inner casing and the top of an engineering pile are 500mm. By means of the design, convenience is provided for machining and manufacturing, the pile body strength of the empty pile section can be enhanced, more accurate static load test data are provided, and powerful reference data are provided for accurate design and later construction of a pile foundation.
