The invention discloses a construction process of a large-diameter cast-in-place pile in a high soil filling area. The construction process comprises the following steps of uniformly arranging a plurality of grouting facilities around the position of a to-be-poured cast-in-place pile, and inserting the grouting facilities into a soil layer, wherein the grouting facilities are annularly distributed, the position of the to-be-poured cast-in-place pile is circled by the grouting facilities, and the position of the to-be-poured cast-in-place pile is located in the center of a circle formed by the plurality of grouting facilities; injecting grouting materials into the soil layer through the grouting facilities; after the grouting materials are hardened and formed, drilling in the position of the to-be-poured cast-in-place pile through a drilling machine so as to form a drill hole with the preset depth; hoisting a steel casing into the drill hole, and tamping surface soil around the steel casing; and putting a reinforcement cage in the steel casing, and pouring concrete into the steel casing till the concrete is hardened. According to the construction method, grouting is conducted on the soil layer around the position of the to-be-poured cast-in-place pile through grouting equipment, so that the soil layer is reinforced, and the collapse of the soil layer in the drilling construction process is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高填土区大直径灌注桩施工工艺,包括以下步骤:在待浇筑灌注桩的位置周围均匀设置若干注浆设施,注浆设施插入土层中,若干注浆设施呈环形分布,将待浇筑灌注桩的位置圈设在内,且待浇筑灌注桩的位置位于若干注浆设施所形成的环形的中心;利用注浆设施往土层中注入注浆材料;待注浆材料硬化成型之后,利用钻机在待浇筑灌注桩的位置进行钻孔施工,形成预设深度的钻孔;将钢护筒吊放至钻孔内,对钢护筒周围的表层土进行夯实;将钢筋笼下放至钢护筒内,向其中浇筑混凝土,待混凝土硬化,即可。本发明的施工方法利用注浆设备往待浇筑灌注桩的位置周围的土层进行注浆,对土层进行加固,避免钻孔施工过程中土层的塌方。
