The invention relates to a bidirectional incremental launching construction method for a U-shaped channel underneath passing a subway viaduct. The bidirectional incremental launching construction method comprises the following steps that (1) foundation reinforcement is conducted on an incremental launching in-place area; (2) working pits are constructed in the two sides of a bridge; (3) a sliding plate, a back and a back beam are manufactured in the working pit; (4) a U-shaped channel of a reinforced concrete structure is prefabricated, and the U-shaped channel is arranged on the sliding plate; (5) pushing equipment is arranged between the U-shaped channel and the back beam; (6) the U-shaped channel is pushed forwards through a small-step-pitch retreat excavation pushing method; (7) after pushing in place each time, fertilizer grooves in the two sides of the U-shaped channel are backfilled with graded broken stones in time; (8), the two U-shaped channels are oppositely pushed in the two opposite directions, and the two U-shaped channels are connected to form a through channel on the portion, not below the bridge, in the middle.
