The invention provides a column formwork hoop structure. The column formwork hoop structure comprises four column formwork bodies and a hoop used for fixing the column formwork bodies, wherein a rectangular column structure is defined by the four column formwork bodies, angle iron in the length direction of the column formwork bodies is arranged at the four corners of the rectangular column structure, the hoop comprises four hoop plates and supporting frames, the four hoop plates are connected end to end to form a frame to be hooped on the outer surface of the rectangular column structure, the supporting frames are arranged on the hoop plates respectively, the bottom section of each supporting frame abuts against a column formwork, one end of each hoop plate is bent to form a U-shaped groove, the other end of each hoop plate is provided with a flat plate structure matched with the U-shaped groove, and the flat plate structure of each hoop plate is inserted into the U-shaped groove of one adjacent hoop plate to be fastened. By arranging the hoop plate structure, materials are saved, installation is more convenient, labor is saved, and efficiency is improved; and the four corners are sealed and reinforced by the angle iron so as to be tightly sealed and not easy to leak slurry, so that the concrete member has clear edges and corners, and the appearance quality is very attractive.
本发明提供一种柱模板抱箍结构,包括四块柱模板本体和用于固定柱模板本体的抱箍,四块柱模板本体围合成矩形柱结构,在矩形柱结构的四个边角上设置有沿柱模板本体长度方向的角铁,所述抱箍包括四块抱箍板和支撑架,四块所述抱箍板分别首尾相连形成框架抱合在矩形柱结构的外表面上,所述支撑架设置在每一块抱箍板上,所述支撑架的底断面抵接在柱模板上,所述抱箍板的一端弯折形成U形槽,另一端设置有与U型槽相匹配的平板结构,相邻的两块抱箍板的平板结构插入U形槽进行紧固。通过设置抱箍板结构节省了材料,安装更方便,节省了人工,提高了效率;因四角采用角铁封闭加固使其紧贴模板严实密封不易漏浆,故砼构件菱角分明,表观质量非常美观。
