CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ACCUMULATIVE SLIDING OF SINGLE-SIDE SUBSECTION ORBITAL TRANSFER OF UNEQUAL-SPAN STRUCTURE
Disclosed by the present invention is a construction method for the accumulative sliding of single-side subsection orbital transfer of an unequal-span structure. In the method, the unequal-span structure is divided into at least two sliding blocks according to the span change, and a multi-section sliding track corresponding to the span of each sliding block is provided; a main truss/beam of the sliding block is provided with a sliding block corresponding to the sliding track section that the main truss/beam will pass through, so that the sliding block may smoothly pass through the sliding track to get positioned. In addition, the main truss/beam of the sliding block may be spliced and assembled as a temporary extension auxiliary structure or the main truss/beam of the sliding block may be divided into an initial installation unit and a post-installation unit, so that the same may smoothly pass through the sliding track to get positioned.
本发明公开了一种不等跨结构单侧分段变轨累积滑移施工方法,该方法将不等跨结构按照跨度变化分为至少两个滑移区块,并设置与各个滑移区块的跨度相对应的多段滑移轨道,通过为滑移区块的主桁架/梁设置与该主桁架/梁将经过的滑移轨道段相对应的滑块,使得滑移区块能够顺利经过滑移轨道就位;此外,能够为滑移区块的主桁架/梁拼接装配式临时接长辅助结构或者将滑移区块的主桁架/梁分为初始安装单元和后装单元,使其能够顺利经过滑移轨道就位。
