The invention discloses a machine-pressed machine-made impact plate and a production process thereof. An impact plate body is provided with two first side walls, two second side walls and two third side walls, wherein the first side walls, the second side walls and the third side walls are perpendicularly connected with one another, the number of the first side walls is two, the number of the second side walls is two, and the number of the third side walls is two; the impact plate body is formed by mixing a high-aluminum material mixture and a binding agent, and the high-aluminum material mixture comprises a high-aluminum refractory material, oxidized micro aluminum powder and fused brown aluminum oxide particles. According to the mechanical impact plate formed through mechanical pressing and the production process thereof, the impact plate body is in a cuboid shape, is simple in structure and easy to machine, has the advantages of being short in demolding time, high in volume density and few in cracks, can meet the use requirements of customers, and prolongs the use time of a tundish; the economic benefits of customers are increased by using a mechanical pressing forming process, and in addition, the advantages of high yield and the like are achieved by adopting modified wide-table-board large-scale equipment for mechanical pressing.
