The impact plate is prepared from main materials and a binding agent, wherein the main materials comprise 38-48 wt% of alumina particles, 10 wt% of fused magnesite particles, 18-28 wt% of tabular corundum particles, 16-18 wt% of white corundum fine powder, 3 wt% of crystalline flake graphite, 1-3 wt% of a reinforcing agent, 1 wt% of carbon-containing resin powder and 1 wt% of an antioxidant; the binding agent is composed of liquid phenolic resin and liquid methyl phenyl silicone resin in a weight ratio of 3: 2, and the weight addition amount of the binding agent is 2.5% of the weight of the main material. The preparation method comprises the steps of premixing, mulling, mechanical pressing and drying. The tundish impact plate provided by the invention has the advantages of high thermal breaking strength, high volume density, low porosity and the like, and has the advantages of small line after burning, good erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and long service life.
