The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-performance La-Co strontium permanent magnetic ferrite material, and belongs to the technical field of ferrite permanent magnetic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting raw materials into a ball mill, adding deionized water and a dispersing agent, mixing and grinding, and obtaining slurry; 2, naturally precipitating the prepared slurry, and then controlling the water content of the slurry; pressing a green body in a magnetic field; step 3, preparing a blank body from the green body; uniformly spraying the turbid liquid on the surface of the blank body, and baking; fourthly, after baking is finished, performing heat preservation under the vacuum condition; and then cooling, firstly cooling, then reheating, preserving heat and cooling to obtain the high-performance La-Co strontium permanent magnetic ferrite material. The prepared turbid liquid is sprayed on the surface of the blank and then sintered, on one hand, incomplete crystallization caused by incomplete sintering is prevented, on the other hand, a protective layer is formed on the surface of the blank, and the magnetism and coercivity of the material are improved.
本发明涉及一种高性能La‑Co系锶永磁铁氧体材料的制备方法,属于铁氧体永磁材料技术领域,制备方法包括如下步骤:第一步、将原料放入球磨机中,加入去离子水和分散剂混合研磨得到料浆;第二步、将制得的浆料自然沉淀,然后控制其含水量;在磁场中进行压制生胚;第三步、由生胚制得胚体;然后将悬浊液均匀地喷涂胚体表面,烘烤;第四步:烘烤结束后,真空条件下保温;随后进行冷却,先降温后重新加热,保温,冷却得到一种高性能La‑Co系锶永磁铁氧体材料。制成的悬浊液喷涂在胚体表面,然后进行烧结,一方面防止烧结不完全,导致晶体结晶不完整,另一方面,在胚体表面形成一个保护层,提高材料的磁性和矫顽力。
