The invention provides a local transformation process for a steel spring floating slab ballast bed, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, a current floating slab system and parts thereof are replaced and overhauled, the elevation of a contact network is simultaneously adjusted and then a jointless track is removed; then the elevation measurement is carried out on a vibration isolator and a track of each floating slab, and the height which needs to be adjusted and lifted are calculated; then the vibration isolators and the tracks are lifted through the matching combination of the height adjusting base plates; the lifted tracks are reinforced, and the state of the tracks is adjusted; then sleeper concrete at the ballast bed transformation position is removed, and prefabricated type sleepers and fasteners are replaced and installed; and finally, concrete is poured again to reinforce the ballast bed. Local transformation is carried out on the basis of an existing steel spring floating slab track bed through the technology, the track bed rail surface elevation adjustment is achieved, the prefabricated type sleepers are used for replacing an original sleeper-free structure, the current line situation defects are eliminated, the track equipment state is improved, the overall technology is simple, the track bed elevation transformation construction efficiency is improved. The subsequent stable operation of the ballast bed is ensured.
本发明提供一种钢弹簧浮置板道床局部改造工艺,首先对现状浮置板系统及其零部件进行更换检修,同时对接触网进行标高调整后解除无缝线路;然后对每块浮置板的隔振器和轨道进行标高测量,计算出需要调整抬升的高度;再通过调高垫板的搭配组合对隔振器和轨道进行抬升;并对抬升后的轨道进行加固并调整轨道状态;然后去除道床改造位置的轨枕混凝土,替换安装预制轨枕及扣件;最后再重新浇注混凝土对道床进行加固。本发明通过该工艺在现有钢弹簧浮置板道床的基础上进行局部改造,实现道床轨面高程的调整,使用预制轨枕替换掉原来无轨枕结构,消除线路现状缺陷,提高轨道设备状态,整体工艺简单,提高了道床高程改造施工效率,保证道床后续的稳定运行。
