The splicing structure comprises sleeper beams, pavement structure layers and splicing belt pull rods, and the pavement structure layers comprise a new pavement structure layer and an old pavement structure layer; the old road pavement structure layer comprises an asphalt pavement I, a concrete upper base layer I, a water-stable lower base layer I and a water-stable subbase layer I. The new road pavement structure layer comprises an asphalt pavement II, a concrete upper base layer II, a water-stable lower base layer II and a water-stable subbase layer II. The sleeper beams are arranged at the bottom of a longitudinal joint of a new and old concrete pavement between the concrete upper base layer I and the concrete upper base layer II, and the splicing belt pull rods are arranged in the middle of the concrete upper base layer I and the concrete upper base layer II.
