The pier anti-collision device comprises anti-collision mechanisms symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a pier; the two anti-collision mechanisms are fixedly connected through bolts; each anti-collision mechanism comprises a certain number of guiding mechanisms, and each guiding mechanism comprises a connecting rod; every two adjacent connecting rods are hinged through bolts; when an impact event occurs, rotating rollers are arranged on the outer sides of the guiding mechanisms and drive telescopic rods to deflect, buffer springs are driven by V-shaped connecting rods to extrude and stretch to reduce the impact force in the horizontal direction, and the impact force in the horizontal direction is reduced by utilizing the position change of clamping grooves in U-shaped grooves; and the adjacent guiding mechanisms are driven by hydraulic mechanisms in the collision direction, so that the telescopic rods deflect progressively to form an inclined guide angle, the direction of a ship is changed through rotation of the rollers, the collision direction of the ship is guided, the collision force is slow, and the safety of the pier is guaranteed.
