By arranging the first protection device and the second protection device, when the pier is impacted by a vehicle, the first protection device and the second protection device deform plastically to achieve energy consumption of impact force; the first protection device and the second protection device rotate relative to the bridge pier, and impact force transmitted to the bridge pier can be greatly reduced; relative movement between the first protection device and the second protection device drives the damping block to shear and deform to further consume energy, and the destructive effect of the vehicle on the pier is reduced.
